Aerospace technology has developed jet planes that offer performance beyond human
endurance. Everyone at Sealtech was extremely interested when asked to help develop
products for F-15 and F-16 pilots. Supersonic speeds called for a negative G-Suit.
Vital organs had to be protected. A sudden rush of blood to the head had to be
prevented. The suit's function could not interfere with all the other
safety gear pilots wear like life vests, parachutes, and flight suits. And
at the same time, the straps that hold them in the seat could not
interfere with the G-Suit.Sealtech engineers designed a bladder to fit inside the helmet and a front and back vest to compress the body. The design made sure the air flowed uniformly throughout the system at the precise moment the pilot's maneuver created an excessive G-force. Many Sealtech team members have served in our country's military. So when aerospace engineers come to us for solutions, we know we're designing and manufacturing life sustaining products that may very well preserve the United States of America.
