"The vibrant collection of items found in this website
illustrates the technology of radio frequency welding/dielectric
sealing. But if you take each item individually, then this
collection represents the experience and expertise you will find at
Sealtech.
We manufacture products using urethane, vinyl, or other exotic
materials for aerospace/military, medical, automotive, recreation,
safety and seating uses. We ultimately manufacture products that save
lives, sustain life, or make living more pleasurable.
The G-suit we manufacture for the military must function as
flawlessly in extreme environments as the medical respiratory
bellows in an anesthesiology machine. Whether it's buoyancy
compensators, hydration bladders, lumbar supports, decontamination
suits, industrial cooling vests, eye exam chairs, or sonar buoys,
Sealtech understands the importance of the product and leads the way
in terms of practicality, functionality, and durability.
I invite you to call me and let the Sealtech team bid your
project. We fabricate components as small as 1" x 1" to large
surface welds of 5' x 12'. We manufacture simple components or
respond to the demand for complete product manufacturing requiring
contract subassembly work. Whether you have an intricate AutoCAD/CAM
file or a rough sketch on a napkin, Sealtech leads the way by
providing skillful engineering, sophisticated manufacturing, and the
quality assurance you need."

1. Prototype and final tooling drawings are produced
from sketches or AutoCAD files by Sealtech draftsmen. These tooling
drawing are used to fabricate in-house tooling/dies for production.
From there, dies are used to produce a manufactured prototype that
is sent to the customer for approval.
|
3. The most important stage in manufacturing your product is dielectric
sealing. Sealtech has machines ranging in size/power from 4KW to
240KW.
|
2. Once a design has been approved, final tooling drawings are completed and
production tooling/dies are made to produce first article sample.
Sealtech fabricates selected materials to form products ranging in
size from 1" x 1" to 5.5' x 12'. After first article samples are
approved by Sealtech's Quality Assurance Department they are
submitted for final customer approval.
|
4. Quality Control operates independent of production, sales, and
engineering to provide objective evaluation of materials, processes
and finished products. Test data is collected, recorded and compared
to customer specifications to provide evidence of product
conformance throughout the set up and production process. Sealtech
produces Production Process Packages for each product to provide a
visual pattern for each stage of production. In this manner, you
will be guaranteed the Sealtech excellence in manufacturing at every turn.
